Insulation Life Prediction for Motor of Mine Submersible Pump based on Support Vector Regression

摘要: 针对矿用潜水泵电动机绝缘寿命预测问题,提出了一种新的智能预测方法。分析了矿用潜水泵电动机绝缘寿命的主要影响因素,提出了样本数据的规范化方法。以主要因素电压、温度和水压作为预测模型的输入参数,建立了基于支持向量回归机的矿用潜水泵电动机绝缘寿命预测模型。应用实例的仿真结果表明,模型的预测寿命与实测寿命相吻合,预测的误差较小,从而验证了该模型的合理性和有效性。

Abstract: A new intelligent prediction method was proposed for the problem of the insulation life prediction of the motor of mine submersible pump. The main influencing factors of the insulation life of the motor of mine submersible pump were analyzed, and the standard method of sample data was presented. Three main factors, such as voltage, temperature and water pressure, were used as the input parameters of the model, and the insulation life prediction model of the motor of mine submersible pump was established based on support vector regression. The simulation results of the practical application show that the model’s predicted life is in agreement with the measured lifetime and the error is small, so the model is reasonable and effective.
